There’s no such thing…

There seems to be a huge trend today of coaches and trainers telling people that they aren’t reaching their goals because they aren’t following a program that is made specifically for them, and then those same trainers proceed to selling those people a “custom training plan” at outrageous prices… Little does the poor sucker know that said trainer probably sells the same “custom training plan” to hundreds other people.

Truth is, no matter how different or unique you think you are, human beings are all physiologically and anatomically pretty much the same, with only a few minor differences from one person to the next. Sure, some people might respond better to certain stimuli and training than others. Unfortunately that is all down to genetics and hard work.

So while there is no “Perfect Plan” for any individual. There are however good and bad ones. For a program to be effective, there are certain principles and procedures that should be followed. As long as you follow a good, well structured program following sound scientific knowledge and research, you will make progress… How quickly and how much you progress will largely depend on the amount of effort you put in and your genetics.
